Coffee Beans

We exist to produce the purest coffee on Earth by exclusively sourcing wet-washed beans directly from organic farmers around the world. All our beans are air-roasted in our Fulton Market roastery, removing virtually all remaining contaminants; this allows us to deliver the purest possible coffee products.

LIGHT ROAST

Our favorite bean from the rolling hills of Medellin, Colombia. The farmers of this bean dub it "Supremo" for its flavor, balance, and overall robustness. The Light Roast preserves the caffeine for a delicious, clean punch. And of course, this bean is wet washed at the source, so it arrives at our roastery as clean as possible.

PROJECT 375

PROJECT 375 is passionately dedicated to eradicating the stigma surrounding mental health, by raising awareness and improving care for those in need. Mental health is an essential part of children’s overall health and directly affects their ability to succeed in school, at work and in society. We believe early prevention and intervention will save lives. Through our program, PROJECT PREVENT™, we respond to the needs of children and adolescents by introducing technology driven support and by providing parents, teachers and staff members with Youth Mental Health First Aid training. Our goal is to create improved access to care for students most at risk and in need of mental health services, as well as provide a safer, more supportive environment for all youth. DARK ROAST

Our signature roast, this bean comes direct from small farmers in Guatemala that hand pick and hard sort each bean to ensure only the highest quality beans get through. These farms are high-elevation farms (roughly 1400 meters or 4500 feet), which allows the bean to mature and grow more slowly. Once picked, this bean is wet washed at the source. This is the bean you may see in our roastery labeled “Clean Coffee.”

CATALYST ESPRESSO

GEISHA PREMIUM

Among the most revered coffee in the world, our Geisha Super Premium beans grow from the extremely rare Geisha plant, which only exists in high-elevation, largely tropical countries. Our Geisha farmers are located in exceedingly high elevations of outside of Medellin, Colombia, and produce only small amounts of beans per year. We find this to be the most acidic of the coffees we sell, which is a quality that is highly sought after in the premium coffee world.

DECAF BLEND

For the first time, we involved our customers in this creation. Fresh and clean tasting coffee without the caffeine became the goal. Through many taste testings, we were able to refine the Decaf Blend. A special wet washed bean from the high altitudes of Peru. This bean has been through the pristine Swiss Water(R) process to gently and cleanly remove the caffeine from the bean: 100% chemical free.
