Our favorite bean from the rolling hills of Medellin, Colombia. The farmers of this bean dub it “Supremo” for it’s flavor, balance, and overall robustness. The Light Roast preserves the caffeine level to pack a delicious, clean punch. And of course, this bean is wet washed at the source so it arrives our roastery as clean as possible.
Our signature blend, this blend is the cornerstone of our cold brew products as well as what our restaurant and coffee shop customers love serving as part of their Espresso program. These beans are wet washed at the farm, air roasted in our Fulton Market roastery, and are, in our opinion, the most balanced taste we can get. In our roastery, we call this blend “the O.G.” as it was our first and favorite.
A special wet washed bean for the high altitudes of Peru, this bean has been through the pristine Swiss Water(R) process to cleanly remove the caffeine from the bean.
Among the most revered coffee in the world, our Geisha Super Premium beans grow from the extremely rare Geisha plant, which only exists in high-elevation, largely tropical countries. Our Geisha farmers are located in exceedingly high elevations of outside of Medellin, Colombia and produce only small amounts of beans per year. We find this to be the most acidic of the coffees we sell, a quality that is sought-after in the premium coffee world.
Our signature roast, this bean comes direct from small farmers in Guatemala that hand pick and hard sort each bean to ensure only the best quality. These farms are high-elevation farms (roughly 1,400 meters or 4,500 feet) which allows the bean to mature and grow more slowly. Once picked, this bean is wet washed at the source. This is the bean you may see in our roastery labeled “CLEAN COFFEE.”
